Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Rates calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Rates calculated at checkout
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Rates calculated at checkout
Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 US states. Orders are shipped via UPS.
International Shipping At this time, we do offer international shipping. If we do, please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes We do ship to P.O. boxes.
Lost or Damaged Packages Money Tree The Brand is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
